ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hardee’s® is bringing back its take on a classic Southern meal with the reintroduction of the Pork Chop ‘N’ Gravy Biscuit. Now available at all Hardee’s locations, the Pork Chop ‘N’ Gravy Biscuit features a breaded, boneless pork chop topped with sausage gravy on a signature Made from Scratch™ buttermilk Biscuit. Always a popular menu item, Hardee’s has offered several versions of the Pork Chop Biscuit over the past 10 years.
