|On Saturday, the new Richmond location will open for breakfast at 5410 W. Grand Parkway South. The first 50 guests to arrive at this location will receive coupon books offering a free menu item every week for a year. The new, company-owned Richmond location also will include drive-thru service.|
|Carl’s Jr. mascot Happy Star will join the opening-day festivities at both restaurants to welcome guests and pose for pictures.|
